- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp honey (optional, the fruit is sweet enough on its own)
- 3–4 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
The gentle tartness of the blackberries and the natural sweetness of the banana come together beautifully.

Later in the season, I made a mixed berry smoothie using gifted blueberries and frozen raspberries grown by my father.
Adding more raspberries creates a vivid color and a bright, refreshing flavor.
Frozen berries can be used straight from the freezer, making this a convenient option for busy mornings.
